We help nannies find live-out and live-in, full-time and part-time professional nanny positions throughout the New England area.

It is our aim to help promote the nanny profession and enable the nannies who work through us to obtain rewarding nanny positions. We provide ongoing support by assisting nannies in forming playgroups, sending out newsletters and being available for questions or concerns. We will take the hassle out of job hunting and the time to locate a position best-suited to your needs and skills.

Basic Requirements

The basic requirements for becoming a nanny are:

A genuine love for children.
Ability to plan and implement developmentally appropriate play/learning activities for children.
Professional childcare experience (not just babysitting).
Able to commit to a family for at least one year (except summer or temporary positions).
Own a valid driver’s license.
Infant and child CPR and first aid prior to employment or within first month of employment.
Be at least 20 years old.
