Comprehensive Services For clients choosing our Comprehensive Service, once the Agency has received the client's application, an have signed the Client/Agency Agreement and registration fee, we will begin the search for a nanny to match the client's needs. This process can take as little as two weeks or as long as twelve weeks. Heaven Sent Nannies will not arrange any interviews for the client until the Agency has received the registration fee, application, and Client/Agency Agreement. After the search begins, we will be in touch with the client frequently to discuss possible nannies. Once a prospective match has been made, the Agency will contact the client to discuss the nanny candidate, and give the nanny's phone number to the client. The client will then call the nanny to set up an interview. Selective Services For Clients choosing Selective Services, we offer three options:
These options allow the client to choose which service(s) suits their needs .Our Screening Process The Agency thoroughly screens only those individuals who have had professional childcare experience. Screening consists of the Agency interviewing each prospective nanny, having the nanny complete detailed questionnaires, obtaining letters of recommendation, and checking former employer and childcare-related references.
Through our Comprehensive Service, the Agency checks: 1) the nanny's present or last place of employment; and 2) a minimum of two child-care references. We provide the client with: 1) the nanny's driving record; 2) criminal history report in the state/county of residence; and 3) their Social Security verification. This background search is initiated for both long-term and temporary/short-term placements once the nanny has been hired by the client. Clients are also responsible for checking their nanny's references since, as a client,

The Client/Nanny Interview The client/nanny interview is usually held at the client's home. During the interview, it is important that the clients make their expectations and needs clear to the nanny. During the interview, several issues should be discussed and negotiated:
Note: The agreement between the nanny and client should be formalized in a written contract signed by the parties. The Agency provides a template for this Agreement.
